Susan is dedicated, results-oriented professional with proven success spanning many years in markets throughout both North and South America and Europe. Susan leverages strong sales and management skills that have driven market share and profitability for multiple companies in the Technology, Parking and Transportation industries. With an exceptional ability to establish partnerships with customers throughout many different industries, Susan has established herself as a trustworthy partner in delivering solutions.
After 17 years in the Parking and Transit industry Susan decided to use the knowledge of parking revenue products and combine that with customer focused solutions, and Cole Ticket Solutions was born.
Susan has been active in Parking and Transportation industries for many years, volunteering for California Public Parking Association, the National Valet Association (Now the National Parking Association), International Parking and mobility Institute, Women in Parking, and a contributor to Parking Today publications. Susan is the recipient of the 2014 Chairman’s Award from the International Parking and mobility Institute and a founding member of the IPMI International Committee and GPals Mexican Parking Association.
New Technologies Director
Seasoned technology professional in TV and Film production, with credits on projects with Coca-Cola, HSBC, CAT, Mustang, Gillette, Disney, and Heineken among many others. Responsible for key accounts, production, and strategy and market penetration. Based in Shanghai, China and with an established network of International Logistics partners with the ability to procure and deliver cutting edge technologies across the globe.
Odet is focused on new technology in products for integration in technology platforms across Parking, Transit and Mobility Industries.
Customer Success Director
Mechelle Bush has spent more than a decade working in the high-consequence industry of emergency management. She managed strategic global travel operations following the September 11 attacks. She developed policies that ensured that the needs of international and regional offices were met while allowing for cultural and regional differences. She specialized in developing internal metrics for travel and expense management best practices.
Mechelle created highly effective processes to increase policy adherence through employee feedback, technology and incentives. At Zetron, Inc., she spent three years in sales operations as the CEO-appointed advocate for the customer. She supported customer accounts which included training, trouble shooting and bringing long term success to customers. Mechelle most recently worked at Slalom Consulting as an operations analyst.
