Our Founder and CEO, Susan Cole, took the stage as a featured speaker for “Leading with Empathy: Unlocking Employee Potential and Business Success.”
The session focused on how empathy in leadership is more than a soft skill—it’s a practical advantage that helps organizations strengthen communication, improve retention, and drive innovation.

Attendees explored real-world examples, including lessons learned from Blockbuster and Microsoft, and left with actionable ideas to help cultivate more empathetic, engaged workplaces.

Creativity on Display

SWPTA’s annual Halloween costume party is always a highlight, and this year, the Cole Ticket Solutions team joined the fun—representing our innovative mobile app, Permit Tag Scan.
Susan came dressed as a parking hangtag, while Carmen brought Permit Tag Scan to life as an enforcement officer. The costumes sparked great conversations and plenty of smiles, blending a little creativity with a nod to the technology behind our products.

Industry Connections and Highlights

The welcome event at Atomic Golf provided a perfect backdrop for connecting with peers, sharing insights, and exchanging ideas about the future of parking and mobility. Between meaningful discussions and the unforgettable Dodgers’ 18-inning win that same evening, it was a night to remember.
